During Coimbra Tour you have the opportunity to visit a city full of academic traditions. This tour also includes the fantastic wine cellars. More than plan excursions we want to build memories for later recall.

Situated on the edge of the river Mondego, Coimbra was the first capital of the Kingdom in the time of the first Portuguese monarchs. Here lies the first King of Portugal. Known as the “city of knowledge”, has been and continues to be the scene of loves of hundreds of students who have taken or are studying at the University of Coimbra, one of the oldest in Europe.

By the tangle of streets, lanes and alleys lurks an architectural heritage that dazzles who by there passes. The University and the street of Sofia are classified as world heritage by UNESCO since June 2013.
